The Small Gods: Guild Breakdown

If you've been following tabithedirector, I am sure you will have heard about 'The Small Gods'. The Small Gods is a dystopian/fantasy NA (new adult) novel series and tv show. Set in the post-apocalyptic city of Night-Wing thirty-five years after a chemical war devastated the world.
The remnants of humankind all live within Night-Wing, and for thirty-three years they have existed somewhat peacefully. But with a string of gruesome murders, insatiable corruption and extreme poverty, the tide is beginning to turn. A civil war is on the horizon as the six Guilds of Night-Wing war for control over the city.
You might be wondering then, who are these six Guilds, and what do they do? Allow me to introduce you...

The Small Gods
The infamous assassins Guild resides in the Western most point of Night-Wing, underneath a butcher's firm. In the Compound, or HQ, initiates are taken on from thirteen years old and trained for five years to become weapons of deadly destruction.
Key Characters: Quol, Bentir, Asta, Delt, Tanto
Guild Sigil: Hourglass
Guild Colours: Black and Gold
Guild Motto: Duty, Integrity, Excellence
The Government
The ruling Guild of Night-Wing, the current Governor is Raust and she succeeded her parents after their untimely death. The Government are the wealthiest and most powerful Guild in the city, they have the CODERS and the Small Gods under their thumb, and are heavily protected.
Key Characters: Raust, Syrene Guild Sigil: Two hands curving round a knot
Guild Colours: Black, Silver and Green
Guild Motto: Trust In Us
The CODERS The army/police force of Night-Wing, who's primary job is to uphold the Citizen's CODE which contains the laws of the city. Chief Valdair, their leader, is responsible for deploying his forces to catch criminals and protect the Government. They are trained from thirteen and are a force of deadly soldiers. Guild Sigil: Scales of Justice
Guild Colours: Blue and Silver
Guild Motto: Loyalty, Authority, Wisdom
The Harmonists
The largest religious Guild in Night-Wing, they are located in the Eastern most point of the city, in the Cathedral. The Harmonists worship the Beat, or music, as their deity and believe in individual enlightenment. Callix, their leader, regularly holds services at the Cathedral and has amassed a mighty following of loyal devotees.

Guild Colours: Rainbow
Guild Motto: Welcome To The Beat
The Orchestralites
The other religious Guild in Night-Wing, they are a denomination of Harmonist but believe in a more conservative form of worship. Orchestralites practice healing and generosity, they believe in a shared experience that encourages one another to bask in the glory of the Beat.

Guild Sigil: Sun
Guild Colours: Orange and Silver
Guild Motto: The Harmony Be Within You
The Rifters
Often seen as a gang of outlaws, the Rifters take in the nameless and any who are left on the streets. They are in charge of the production and distribution of treble and bass, the city's two drugs. Led by the roguish Kai and his Inner Circle, the Rifters spearhead the rebellion against the Government.
Key Characters: Kai, Faye, Evelyen, Jayed

Guild Colours: Red and Gold Guild Motto: Resist, Reject, Rebel, Revolt
